Freak Pulse is an experimental intelligent personal news briefing system.

Each day, a probe program runs for about two hours to gather the news on a fairly specific set of special interest topics.

Once a week, the system compiles the surveyed content, decides what are the most important stories, and transforms them into a news briefing, complete with AI-generated summaries and analyses.

The system is also building a database from all of the content surveyed, which is used to power strategic analysis output across several industries.

All of this is AI generated, except representative images from the news stories, which the system does its best to credit to the correct parties.
